Inspiration

Take Two

So my better half and I have been wanting to make a side scroller game for a while, I do all the story and animations while he does the nerdy uncool stuff. This game, called "Jamaraat" for funsies, has been on and off for five years. Mostly off. It still has a lot
of fleshing out to be done, but I know that I want it to be about doggies and you fight shit.

Story wise, it's an apocalyptic Milo & Otis. Gameplay wise, action RPG with Streets of Rage fighting system.

This is your doggy friend you're trying to reunite with but oh no he is a scary monster now. I am very content with this design for now.


I still have to explore, but basically I want the atmosphere to be really fun, cute sometimes, but mostly morose.

I kind of forget about this blog on and off..

Anywho, I was going to go further with this but I may not. Maybe I'll just have it exist as a presentation for character. Ugh, but why not do that with the original scene I had in mind? I dunno, I'll figure it out later.

Been thinking of changing Syger's name to Cider because that's just adorable... perhaps too girly though?
